Anne-Marie Rice

I aim to inspire teams to see possibilities, embrace new ways of working, and deliver meaningful improvements in all areas of the justice system.

I am a nationally recognised legal problem solver, with a track record in designing and delivering major dispute resolution reforms within court environments. I’m passionate about helping practitioners and courts think differently about conflict resolution and the practice of law.

I combine legal expertise with a collaborative, people-focused approach; working with teams to develop innovative, evidence-based models that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and encourage earlier, more constructive pathways to resolution. My experience in judicial decision making gives me a practical understanding of how litigation processes work and how they can be improved to better support parties, practitioners and the broader system.

I am known for my calm leadership style and engaging training and presentations.  I enjoy bringing people together, building capability, and creating the conditions for positive organisational change.
